Win $100 to Zaffino’s Italian Restaurant!

Because we appreciate our patients and friends, we wanted to give you the chance to win a gift certificate to the amazing Zaffino’s Italian Restaurant. Can you guess how many pieces of pasta are in this jar? Official rules are below.  The pasta has been carefully counted by our staff. The person who guesses correctly, or has the closest guess, will receive the $100 gift certificate.

Official Rules: 

• You must be a CFD Facebook friend to enter. (You must like our Facebook page to enter)
• No staff can participate.
• Please submit ONE guess.
• The person with a correct (or closest guess to the actual number) is deemed the winner and will collect the $100 certificate to Zaffino’s Italian Restaurant.
• Participate by commenting with your guess on Facebook.
• No age limit required.
• The winner will be notified via Facebook message
• The winner’s name and/or photo will be posted on Facebook
• The winner must come by our office to claim the prize.
• This contest ends April 25, 2014. Any entries submitted after this date will not count.
