The holiday season can wreak havoc on your oral care if you aren’t careful. Open dishes of candies, tins of popcorn, and party after party present us with temptations. The sugars and acids in these foods can cause damage. Enjoy the holiday fare, but be sure to take a few extra steps to keep your teeth healthy and beautiful.
